Business Policy

Bookings

  • Advanced booking is required.
  • Message on Instagram, Text, WhatsApp, or Email to book.
  • Once the appointment is confirmed, follow-up is not required and a text reminder will be received prior to the appointment.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made more than 24-hours in advance of appointment time.
  • If within 24-hours of the appointment, a 25% late cancellation fee will be required.
  • 25% no-show fee. If no payment is received within 48 hours, a 50% deposit will be required for the next appointment. Further no-shows will result in being refused future bookings.

Deposit

  • Deposits are only required if a previous no-shows or cancellations within 24-hours of appointments have occurred and will be arranged with the therapist via bank transfer.

Late arrival

  • Grace period of 15 minutes- after this, I will not be able to carry out your service and the appointment will be need to be rescheduled.

Payment

  • Cash payments or bank transfers can be made before leaving at the end of the appointment.
  • No refunds can be provided.

Health and safety

  • I maintain the highest standards within my salon and will have all tools cleansed and sanitized between all clients.
  • I strive to maintain a clean and safe environment for my clients.
  • I expect general personal hygiene and cleanliness practices to be maintained by my clients.
  • I will complete the service if you have a general cold but will expect masks to be worn throughout the service.

Service guarantee

  • If you are unhappy with the service, please reach out immediately to discuss if any adjustements can be made free of charge.
  • I am happy to fix any chips or breaks in work I have completed on nails providing it is within 2 weeks of your appointment and not over 5 or more nails.
  • I aim for the highest quality services I can provide. However, varying extenuating factors can come into play i.e. skin type, nail health, lash health etc. Therefore, results may vary depending on these individual scenarios. Please inform me immediately of any concerns.
